Excellent so farApril 1, 2008 Peter Sellmer(San Jose, Costa Rica) This is a discontinued product but still has as the latest bells and wistles. Reason I bought is because I was looking for a solid business laptop with XP and not Vista. I am comfortable with XP and see too much conflicting feedback for me to feel comfortable with changing over yet. So its possible to find good deals on this laptop new for under $800 (I bought mine in Feb 08). There are a lot of excellent reviews out there so not much more to ad in that department - most complaints were regarding defective dvd drive and problems with bluetooth. So far so good there for me but time will tell. I am very happy with the general feel and build quality - unit is made in China so we will see how it stands up in a year or so. Only thing I do want to say is be aware that if you get the high resolution screen (wsxga) it has both + and - aspects to it. Graphics are beatiful and writing is a pleasure as the fonts are incredibly crisp but in many cases (especially browsing on the web) fonts are TINY and hard to see so make sure you check out a similar screen before buying to make sure you're comfortable with this. In general though, very happy with the laptop
